Race notes
Row for the Cure is a fundraiser for breast cancer research and support. The 5.8K race course starts at Seattle Pacific University, goes through the Fremont Bridge and into Lake Union. From the two turns in the South end of Lake Union it goes North to finish in front of the College Club Seattle boat house. This year's race had the added challenge of an increasing South wind and the presence fishing nets across the course.
