SHORT ROUTE Description: Larose Forest - Russell Prescott Trail - Relaxed Gravel Route from the Larose Forest linking to the Russell Prescott Trail.

Details: 44km in length with 223m climb and 81% unpaved; tires: minimum 32mm recommended.

LONG ROUTE Description: Longer and faster (28-31km/h) version of the short ride, featuring a mix of smooth hard-packed, paved, and slightly rugged surfaces.
