8:20am - 8:50am - Transition is open

8:55am - Race Brief for all competitors

9:00am - Sprint Triathlon and Long Duathlon starts

9:20am - 3/9/3 Triathlon and Medium Duathlon starts

9:40am - Have a Go races start

Please register online before 6pm on Saturday prior to the event so we can get your name to the security gate to allow you quicker entry in the morning to the Army Camp.
